HoofTalk, Inc. is a company endeavoring to assist the equine world in progressing beyond the commonly-known ways of caring for horses' hooves. We hope to help horse lovers understand the causes of lameness and, by understanding, choose a successful solution. Our business revolves around a unique method we have developed for lameness prevention and recovery in horses, based on trimming and shoeing techniques that emphasizes straight hairlines, resulting in a perfectly balanced natural hoof. Using this technique, in cooperation with other wholistic methods, we have helped tens of thousands of horses return to their previously sound conditions. Our success rate in recovering these horses from a variety of lamenesses, including navicular, founder, ringbone, sidebone, and quarter cracks, is an astounding 95% (everything but a broken leg and certain founders can be fixed).
